Engineers v1.03 - Nort - 06-20-2008 I have been reading in the posts that Engineers have new and improved capabilities with the advent of v1.03. However, I DL'd the v1.03 manual and read through it. I was not able to find any section that talks about new abilities for the Engineers. Did I misunderstand? Am I missing something? Little help ... When I go to the website to DL the new manual, all I get is "CS - Manual - Light." When I DL that, I do not get any revised Egnr rules. Your help will solve my problem. Thanks.
