TOAW III on Linux? - Pegasus - 06-24-2008 Has anyone tried running TOAWIII on linux using an emulator such as wine? is it possible? D RE: TOAW III on Linux? - Pegasus - 08-19-2008 For your information, I have got it running on Linux using crossover (WINE based) from codeweavers, although installing the latest patch was tricky. It's still a bit flakey on larger scenarios - tends to hang whilst processing end/start of turns. (This can be an expensive solution though) I have also got it running on an IMAC. I created a dual boot system, installing XP on a separate partition. THen using VMware Fusion created a VM of that instalation. The VM runs as a window on the MAC desktop.
