Knowing that Moez has been around the club for a while, I suspect that there is something preventing him from responding. I do not think he is being rude or irresponsible. I agree he should be able to inform folks of these interruptions. In any case, if he does come back you can delete any claimed results at that time and continue your games. Just an option. Your not required to do so.
