I've heard that if you feel nervous while public speaking try to visualize your audience as being "naked"...

Toughest thing to do is stand up and swallow the moment of fear. But, it goes away when you realize you know your material and they don't. ;) And, don't imagine them naked. It went well...........talked to a group that has restored and maintains the lighthouse that my grandfather tended during the early 1900s and including WWI. My cousin (78) and I (60) are the last of his decendents left here and we basically just told stories about the old days and drank coffee.......it was pretty nostalgic for me and sort of like sitting around the kitchen table and talking.
