looking for oponents for a campaign team game - sergio - 09-22-2008

Hi guys,

digarni  (he is still not at the HPS ladder, but he will be in the ladder as soon as he needs it to report a game, and he's an experienced player. He "comes" from the CS ladder) and I wants to play the allied side at a Normandy mini-campaign, playing the stock #16 - Advancing Inland (6-12 June), with the default rules plus these others (other optional rules can be discussed):

of course "fog of war" on

Artillery set-up
Recon Spotting
Low visibility air effects
Programmed weather (We use the new Krak's weather.dat file)

We can discuss about the optional rules if you want to.
Limited air recon is less realistic IMO, but we can use it if you want a more balanced game.
Also Night Fatige we can use it if you want to... but german side have to use that night time to move his units, so, that's your choice.

I'm not sure, but I think that if we play the game without PBEM Encryption, later, if we want to extend the game to play the whole campaign (250 turns) we can do it asking for it to HPS... I have to ask about it to Glenn or HPS to be sure about this...

We are now playing a Bulge short campaign playing the allied side, suffering the german blow, and that's why we want to play the attacker side this time.

We want to play the short 7 days campaign because we are not dedicated players, so it's not possible for us to start a monster team game... we are a bit slow playing this games... :(

Find a team mate and answer this file or send me an e-mail.

Regards cheers

RE: looking for oponents for a campaign team game - sergio - 09-29-2008

My scenario choice is:

or we want to play allied side at N'44 #16 - Advancing Inland (6-12 June)

or we want to play russian side at M'44 0623_01a: The Destruction of Army Group Center - [HTH]

and the optionals are:

M'44 -> optional rules: default (we can discuss any change)

or

N'44 -> the default rules plus these others (other optional rules can be discussed):

Artillery set-up
Recon Spotting
Low visibility air effects
Programmed weather (We use the new Krak's weather.dat file)
Limited air recon is less realistic IMO, but we can use it if you want a more balanced game.
Also Night Fatige we can use it if you want to... but german side have to use that night time to move his units, so, that's your choice.

Choose Normandy or Minsk, and send me an e-mail with your optionals preferences, your nicknames, and e-mails, to send you the first turn (or the discussion about the optionals)
