Jason Petho - Trains query re Matrix - Glint - 09-26-2008 Hi Jason, Firstly, many thanks to you and the team for such a grand update. Having looked through a fair bit now, I am in awe of all the work that has been done. Can you tell me how I get rail supply carriages to move? I have various trains and carriages in a scenario I'm putting together but can't find a way of getting the supply carriages to run? Also, I didn't notice anything in the manual describing how to use the trains and carriages? Maybe I'm dense, lol, but your assistance would be appreciated. regards Peter RE: Jason Petho - Trains query re Matrix - Jason Petho - 09-27-2008 glint Wrote:Hi Jason, Hi Peter There are a few options available for you, regarding trains. There are train icons with engines and carriages, and there are those that are just carriages. The trains with engines can move, but the carriages by themselves cannot (with the intended use of being left at trainstations or sidings). When designing your map, you should ensure you do not have a road and rail that follow the same path, otherwise the trains will not be able to run. Rails and roads can occupy the same hex, but not the same hex side.
