IIRC it was a long time nick, from the time I played Warhammer Fantasy Battles.

What ladders are you represented on?
OpC Series

What is your favourite PC War-game?
OpC Series (PzC & MC)

Who has been your hardest opponent?
Hard to say... Ricky Bancroft and Elxaime (his defense of Kursk bulge still haunts me) ;), cheers James.

How long have you been a member of the Blitz?
More than 3 years

What War interests you the most?
WW II, the most heroic battles of mankind, no matter what Era: Malta, Lepanto, Thermopylae, Cartagena de Indias, Rorke’s Drift.

If you could choose to be present at one military historical event what would it be?
Battle of Cartagena de Indias in 1741,the largest naval engagement until D-Day, 1944.
The British invasion fleet was one of the largest in history, numbering 186 vessels (the Spanish Armada in 1588 had 126 vessels), including Ships of the line, frigates, fireships and transports, with a total complement of 23,600 combatants and some 2,000 cannons. To counter this Blas de Lezo (Spanish commander) had at his disposal just 2,400 regular soldiers, 600 Indian archers and the crews and troops of six Ships of the line... well Blas de Lezo achieved a victory in battle that lasted 67 days.

No

What is the best military book you have read?
Anything from Colonel David M. Glantz, although his books are bit one sided with the Soviet’s POV.

What do you think was the single most important event of WWII?
Too many... Germany invading Soviet Union without entering in full war economy, I mean the fact OKW thought Barbarrossa could be achieved in 3 months...

What is the most interesting military documentary you have ever watched?
From my early interest, Time Life videos impressed me to no end.

Which is your favourite HPS PzC title?

Rorke’s Drift and The Great Siege of Malta are two of my favourite subjects also. :)

I wonder why the English have forgotten about the Battle of Cartagena de Indias? :chin: ;) :whis:
