is it possible to create fictional scenarios between russians and americans at the end of the war so i can have fun with some of the later war designs i want to see pershings and Isu's go at it

In West Front, yes.

One of the ** BOOTCAMP scenarios in West Front is exactly that.

There was a scenario called Big Bear that was the US v Russia I don't know where it came from it was 200 turns or something like that.It was on this site someplace a while ago.

I recommend the Boot Camp that Jason mentioned. You have to play it to the end even if it seems you are not doing well. You might be surprised.
