Afrikakorps ORBAT question - K K Rossokolski - 08-30-2009

Recently I came across a reference to a central concentration of heavy arty, comprised of German, Italian and captured (inc.French) pieces, used in the battles around Tobruk and Gazala, centred in el Adem (?). I have unfortunately forgotten where I saw it. Can anyone help?

I don't remember the reference but, here are two links to articles and books on the subject:

Tobruk 1941: Rommel's opening move, by Jim Laurier

And,

Rommel's desert commanders: the who served the Desert Fox ..., Part 757 By Samuel W. Mitcham

Just click the links. I will see if there is open source material.

cheers
