Malta - SnowBlue - 12-02-2009 So anybody interested in taking or defending Malta? The optional rules are negotiable, and if anyone can give any suggestions as to which ones to use in this scenario it would be appreciated. I am a bit confused about the subject since I assumed that all HTH scenarios are balanced for their default rules, but for Malta the default rule in no locking ZoC, which made sense in the desert but is it supposed to exist in the Malta game?
