SON OF A B****.... - Larry Reese - 04-24-2010 Well, now the computer is back together and functioning, my cable has crapped out. And Crapcast wont' be able to even come look at it until 8 p.m. (?) Saturday. Who knows how long it will take them to actually fix it. So, no internet, no TV, no video on demand, etc...; but I can still play the turns that have been downloaded and hopefully get caught up with all my opponents. Good thing we have Mickey Mouse Club House on DVD for my daughter. (Just in case you're wondering, the episode where Goofy builds a bird house is the best, in my opinion.) Please bear with me a few more days guys. LR Also, I know a few folks were playing the revamped version of Offensive - Freeing the Ukraine. Can you give me a general status report of those games and any feedback you have up to his point? It is much appreciated. RE: SON OF A B****.... - K K Rossokolski - 04-24-2010 I would blame global warming. RE: SON OF A B****.... - Montana Grizz - 04-24-2010 Careful Rod, Global warming is often Global freezing depending upon where you are at during a particular point in time. Just got back from visiting relatives in Missouri, Arkansas and Louisiana where everyone claimed they had experienced their coldest winter while here in Montana it was an extremely mid winter. Come to thing about it, "Global Warming" is probably the answer to Larry's problem. RE: SON OF A B****.... - Larry Reese - 04-26-2010 Ta ta ta taaaaaaaa.... they actually did a good job fixing the line. It was the neighbors dog chewing through the line in their yard... and we also discovered that our now deceased bassett hound had unearthed and stripped like 5 feet of the cable in our yard. Never seen so many dogs keen on stripping plastic from electrical wires. LR |
