Looking for MBT game - Greybeard - 12-11-2010 Hello Chaps, (umm.. potential victims :) ) With the holiday's in the offing, and having some significant time off available (finally), I'm up for a couple (count-em 2) MBT games.. 25K points, anything goes.. time frame 1960's - specific time can be agreed upon.. you pick 2 countries to purchase from I pick 2 countries to purchase from We use any map at least 120 x 120 in either MBT or WW2 game set - including customs found in the map-packs offered here at the blitz (I have all of them). only limits: all artillery in on-map.. only 1000 points worth ammo supply = 1 ammo unit for 4 artillery units mortars (82mm or smaller) found attached to a full infantry infantry company don't apply to the limit - but don't get reloads either. ammo supply = 1 ammo unit for 4 artillery units '0' size units.. be reasonable.. nobody likes facing a division.. something we can discuss if need be.. any takers? I just looked at my record and it seems we've never played, except in a tournament maybe. RE: 0 size units. I propose that all units be purchased in Company/Battery strength until the 90% mark is met and then a certain amount of aux units can be bought ( numbers to be agreed upon ). Also, snipers that come attached to a Company must remain within 15 hexes of the Company CO unless he is a " Roaming" sniper, ( attached to AO-HQ units ) The number of Roaming snipers to be agreed upon. This way a company that comes equipped with multiple snipers will not overly influence the game play. It's an idea I've been thinking on lately but haven't tested yet.
