New player looking for opponent - Rybenuk - 04-07-2011

Hi guys, just started playing the game and was wondering if there are any similar skilled low level players fancy a game(small to medium) around 3 or 4 turns a week to start with as my ability is very limited currently?(ie i dont think im ready to start FITE Big Grin ). Never done any game by PBEM but keen on trying it out.

Keen on WW2 scenarios but not set in stone.

Also using most recent patch etc

thanks

I've sent you a PM. I'm open to any scenario you'd like to try.

Get back to me. :)

Okay, how about the Tobruk 41 scenario off the disc? Seems pretty balanced and is a nice size to start off with. If this sounds good, let me know where to send my turns too and I'll get my first one off to you.

(Oops, not sure what's going on with my private messages.)

Cheers.

HI: I am a medium "new" player...(New to PBEM: I owned the game since Talonsoft TAOW1, but played very few games against a human opponent <5). I am a WW2 nut, and would love to play a PBEM game; sugguest the "Last Stand In Tunisia, or any reasonably balanced scenario. Maybe one of the Russian Front or Normandy scenarios?

As I said, I have played the hell out of TAOW since I bought the first Talonsoft version, but usually against the AI, and have less than 5 PBEM games total 1 win, 4 losses). I am also new to The Blitzkrieg Wargaming Club, and would like to get a game going. Please let me know.

What version of TAOW are you using? (I think I have the latest, but am never sure, with update coming in at a decent clip.
