They don't have that capability in this game. You may wreck RR hexes but as the French you usually have those E units digging trenches or building escape bridges. It is a good idea to have them wreck a RR hex if they aren't doing anything but there is so much to keep track of as the French it isn't always possible, for me anyway, to remember to do it. You can tear up a lot of track. jonny

I currently have a situation that could use a feature like this....
