FW-190G - Iwo Jim - 09-10-2011 This is my latest creation, A ProModeler 1/48 scale FW-190 G. I actually started this kit some 10 years ago picked it back up in January and because it’s been raining this whole week finally finished it. I used an Eduard photo etched detail kit for the cockpit and few other details. Decals are Aero Master decal sheet 48-476. The decal sheet said color may have been an Rlm 83 over sprayed with white, so how accurate is the paint scheme? Don’t know but I like it and that’s what counts. I like the short nosed 190s, they look more businesslike than the longer nosed ones eh.
