Cold War Europe Utilities - Panther - 02-28-2012 In my collection of files for the game i found the menues in english language. Hope it is a useful utility for you. This will help me to make an English conversion for you easier!! Just have to change the EXE's yet, some buttons, and probably most of the oob's.
