Weather in the Eastern Front Titles? - Compass Rose - 07-13-2012

Does anyone know which Eastern Front PzC titles have a majority of the best "good weather" scenarios? By good weather, I am suggesting that it is weather ideal for being able to make the longest unit movements on the game map, for infantry and armor units?

I know some titles cover heavy mud (Kharkov '43) and snow conditions which can greatly reduce unit movements. I'm trying to stay away from those.

Thanks

Smolensk comes to mind...Kursk as well?

Ah - Compass Rose, you are missing out on most of the fun!!

Kharkov '43 is predominantly snow, not mud, but did introduce a more 'realistic' movement rate that was based on the historical advance rate.

The true Eastern Front summer games are Smolensk '41, Kharkov '42, Kursk '43 (though minefields and obstacles will slow you down) and Minsk '44. Some scenarios in Stalingrad '42 are in Summer (Don Bend) as is Rzhev '42 (Pogoreloe). Finally, I believe there is a lot of summer scenarios in an upcoming Eastern Front release...

Volcano Man's Alt scenarios standardise movement across all the games.

Hope that helps!
