The non-existence of a community on http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/forumdisplay.php?f=209 gives me second thoughts. Reading the one AAR on there makes me wonder about there being actual strategic decisions involved or it more being a game of dumb luck because of the fact that the one month turn length gives too much uncertainty about the heading of enemy fleets RE: War Plan Pacific - Compass Rose - 12-19-2012 Here are two youtube videos I came across for the game.
