Missing scene files for download - Armored Inferno - 01-06-2013 Okay, another question for leadership.... Is there a way you can run a query against the scenario database and pull back all scenes that don't have a zip file that contains the scene files for download? If you could get a master list posted, then members could probably dig up a lot of them and make them available for download. I've found several during my searches that have the right size and very balanced results, but no files to download. I don't know if you can run such a DB query... or how accurate it would be... since "Stock" scenarios do not have zip files. But, why can't players, when they come across such "Custom" scenarios without attached game files, reach out directly to the scenario developer, and request that he upload a current scenario zip file to the DB? IMO, it's up to the individual scenario designer to ensure his game files are attached and up to date in the DB. A short email to the scenario designer will usually correct the issue?

Two prolific designers - Von Earl and Von Niemack - probably can't be reached to get scene files. Earl doesn't keep all the old files and Steve is long gone I think (from the Blitz). Steve left for real life reasons long ago. Some of his scenarios are still on his website, I think. I'll take a look in a few minutes and download what is there. I'll turn them over to Mike or Dave to add to the dBASE (if they are missing).
