DF'85 air strikes - tbridges - 02-05-2013 Other than causing the loss of planes/helicopters during an air strike, does the AA strength of the defenders have any effect on the success of the strike? In other words, if an air strike would normally destroy 4 armored vehicles, would the presence of stronger AA defenses reduce the number of kills even if it didn't actually shoot down any aircraft? RE: DF'85 air strikes - JDR Dragoon - 02-06-2013 No. AA units inflicting "fatigue" and "disruption" as a combat result counts somewhat here I guess, since if the unit in question accumulates enough fatigue and/or disrupts, its quality rating will drop, which will affect the Basic Attack strenght of the attacking air unit. Thanks Rune, always something new to learn in these games. Tom |
