Looking for an opponent Acropolis QB - BBrus - 07-24-2013 Hello guys, I'm looking for a ladder opponent to play a large QB ME using the Acropolis map (click here) with CMBN 2.01. This one might become a long battle (up to 1:30h) so I'm looking for someone who can maintain a high rate of turns. I'll be playing as German. I'd like to use the rules published by Raz with a few modifications to prevent this becomes a gamey battle : - 105mm arty or below. US 107mm and German 120mm mortars allowed. - Maximum of two platoons of tanks/SPG. That would mean up to 10 for the US, up to 8 for the axis (restriction of 3 tigers/panthers still applies). - Maximum of two air force assets, if any. - No mounted infantry beyond the town objective during the first 10 minutes of the battle. There's only one actual objective (400pts) in the map, to make it more interesting there will be two more: - Acropolis (100pts, closer to the axis forces) area defined by its walls - Docks (150pts, closer to the US forces), area defined by its walls as well. Standard occupation rules apply to both. I know it may seem more complex than the standard drafted rules but I think this will make the battle more interesting.
