JTS support - Richie61 - 10-25-2014 Does anyone have any ideas on how to get these people/ bots to response to my issues? I have tried 3 or 4 times to sent them a request to get the AotR editor per my purchase and I haven't gotten a flippin' reply yet. But other people have gotten their request within hours?
