EP 1914 ? - TheGrayMouser - 11-22-2014 Hello, pretty interested in this one. ?: Are the OOB files "locked" for editing? (I know France 1914 is) Cheers! RE: EP 1914 ? - TheGrayMouser - 11-23-2014 Quite a few views and no answers. Is it because of the perceived topic sensitivity? I assure all, my question is of no way shape or form intended to subtly or overtly instill, foment ,imply, or begin any discussion or commentary on HPS/JT's titles regarding editable data ! :) My only comment to a yes or no answer will be "thanks" or maybe "cheers",,,but I gotz to know! RE: EP 1914 ? - Ricky B - 11-23-2014 It is definitely the same as in F'14, there is no OOB editor. Changing it manually will generate an error. Rick RE: EP 1914 ? - TheGrayMouser - 11-23-2014 Thanks man! RE: EP 1914 ? - -72- - 11-29-2014 Fwiw, your question on the Pike and Shot thread over on the Slitherine board -regarding cavalry firing to the side. Page 92 second paragraph 'Europe's Tragedy: A New History of the Thirty Years War' - no idea if anyone answered you over there - but according to Peter H Wilson (and I think I recall reading the same elsewhere) - that is how they did it in the 17th Century. It doesn't appear that the Slitherine guys copped the same sort of thing. http://www.slitherine.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=299&t=54274&sid=226f902024294996de453165f7ec4d7f but at least now you have a source to go with your question. |
