New campaign question - Nitram Draw - 05-06-2015 It seems that whenever I start a new generated campaign the first mission is always a meeting engagement. Is there a way to change this? RE: New campaign question - Weasel - 05-06-2015 Don' think so, I think it hard coded and how you do determines the next battle. I believe it goes meeting engagement, then you advance or delay if you win or lose, then defend or assault if you win or lose the advance/delay. So if you win the ME you advance, if you lose the advance then the next will be an ME again, if you win the advance you will assault, if I remember correctly. RE: New campaign question - oldrocky - 05-06-2015 After a campaign battle is completed and the next battle comes up not to your liking, ( say you want another ME instead of an Assault ), then just exit and reload your saved file. I have found that the battle types seem to generate randomly and so you just keep ending and starting the game until the battle type you prefer appears. I recall years ago I had a PBEM campaign game and when we would use the above method every time the game was exited and restarted it would add additional build points for your core force so you could conceivably have unlimited points to reconstruct your core force. I'm sure that bug has been fixed by now, but then I haven't played a PBEM Camp for many years so who knows?
