Three Hard/Soft Values? - redboot - 11-23-2015

Katusha Rockets in one scenario have three hard and soft target values.  (8/4/8 and 44/4/8 respectively.)  I assumed that meant they had a minimum and maximum range, but couldn't verify in the manual.  Is that the case?

NM.  I answered my own question (in the affirmative for those interested).

This change was made after Moscow '42 was released, upon discovering that units could have minimum and maximum ranges in PzC. Katyusha's used to be a bit better than 152mm howitzers, but not much, but now they're very powerful at the cost of having a minimum range.

I believe Guards Mortar locations in the scenarios were not actually changed afterwards, so there are some situations where the Katyusha's need to relocate after 1 or 2 turns due to being too close to the frontline.
