HPS not update Austerlitz and NRC ?? - O.Schmidt - 05-29-2016 Will HPS not update his Austerlitz and NRC? The HPS Website has not long time been update!  Can I update HPS Austerlitz and NRC to John Tiller standard Software for little Money or I have to buy the full game? Rick Hamilton who usually handles the support has been wearing many hats, including working his new farm. ( Lord knows that's never-ending work) Given it's summe, he's probably very busy. He is very good at getting back to people and it might take a few days, but he's a great individual and does his best to meet people's needs. Best is an order confirmation email, or personal info so I can cross-reference the database. If you bought from a reseller and nor record a picture of the physical cd will work too. There is no additional charge.
