Soviet Turn Suggestions-Courtesy of Gris - Ricky B - 11-29-2016 Courtesy of Gris, here is a suggested process for each turn: For example, here is my Soviet turn checklist.
When learning the game, checking the reports each turn and learning how to read them will give you the indicators you need to help you determine if you have enough trucks, is the enemy prepping for an offensive, etc etc. As time goes on you begin to understand the rail system, support units, and combat. I barely use this now except when I start a new game and my process has evolved from the above. Sometimes it is like looking at the "Matrix". Thank you Gris! If anyone else would like a copy, pm me and I will send you a copy. It is geared towards new players who have little to no experience in the game. Experienced players will more than likely have a familiarity that meets or exceeds the contents. You may share the guide if you desire. I set the Arm/Mot and SAD AB to keep the truck counts down and to ensure all units receive some equipment. I set all others to 90%, again for the supply system to have all units replace losses with equipment that is short. It also sets new arriving units from 20% to 90%. Otherwise your units never refit, which we found out about in this Post. You can disband the SAD AB too if you like, or set the MTOE low until they disband on your own. You can also use them like the other AB, all up to you. I place it in the checklist for new players so they know they have the option to change it and how MTOE affects trucks and equipment availability. Experience players use a wide variety of options.
