2016 ELO/ Top score medals - Mr Grumpy - 01-02-2017 Its that time of the year again when we award medals for the top TOC ladder score and the highest ELO rating in 2016! No surprise for the top score winner with Landser34 coming out on top, well done Dennis!! But this was the closest I have ever seen this contest with only two points between first and second !
