Single Use units; identifier? - The KrijnMinister - 09-09-2018 I am currently in a Minsk 44 game and on day 2 I have some Heinkel carpet bombers. i looked in the manual and it states that they are often single use. How do I check if they are indeed single use? Thanks RE: Single Use units; identifier? - Sgt_Rock - 09-09-2018 Pull up the Air Availability dialog. It will say "CARPET BOMB" if they are single use. If not then you get them every turn as the availability dates/times dictate. RE: Single Use units; identifier? - The KrijnMinister - 09-09-2018 Thanks, that is way more clear than stated in the manual RE: Single Use units; identifier? - Strela - 09-09-2018 The Heinkels in Minsk are heavy bomber types (and hence use the carpet bombing rules). The heavy bomber type does not make them single use units by itself. The single use flag needs to be ticked in the Org/Unit dialog in the OOB editor. That said, back to the original post as this is an air unit, there is no easy way to see it's attributes in game and hence see that it is single use. For in game units, 'Single use' does appear when you right click on the unit card. Hope that explains a little further. David RE: Single Use units; identifier? - Sgt_Rock - 09-10-2018 Yes, must have the Single Use flag ticked ... my bad. |
