Looking for opponents [matchmaking] - Manfredo - 12-29-2018 Hi all, I've been playing Combat Mission Battle for Normandy and Red Thunder for some time. I've managed to work my way through a few scenarios, and completed Courage and Fortitude in CM:BN. Now I'm looking to test my skills against a human opponent in either game. I have engine 4 of both CM:BN (with all expansions) and CM:RT installed, as well as the latest patch for game engine 3 of Battle for Normandy since I hear some people don't like the TacAI changes in V4. I may be open to getting Final Blitzkrieg or Fortress Italy if those titles have a more active multiplayer community. I'm most comfortable with games around the size of a reinforced company: for example, an infantry company with a platoon of armor or self propelled guns in support. I'm not cut out for anything battalion sized or larger. Other parameters (e.g. no pre-planned artillery in the first X minutes) can be worked out once a match is scheduled.
