I am fortunate to still have a cd reader in my laptop - but that said, it is a few years on now.

I would get the Middle East on sale now - Matrix does not drop much more than that, and not often.

I did format it to 8.5 x 11 though so you can print it at home. 

Keep in mind though, it is a living manual and does change after each UPDATE.

I haven't done that since the 90's, but you can use software to virtually mount a CD.
