I see that there are troops that have a trumpet, what is it for? to warn that the French are escaping? How do I block them?[/font]

Welcome!! The trumpet is a motivator weapon,

a Motivator weapon is denoted by three plus signs (+++)
in the unit picture. A Motivational Weapon when carried by a
Leader of the same side as the weapon provides that leader with
additional ability to lead his men. When a Leader with a Motivator
weapon attempts to Rally, 1 is added to their Quality value.

This from the user manual, page 51, Motivational Weapons.

¡¡Bienvenidos!! La trompeta es un arma motivadora,

un arma motivadora se indica con tres signos más (+++)
en la imagen de la unidad. Un arma motivacional cuando la lleva un
líder del mismo bando que el arma le otorga a ese líder
una habilidad adicional para liderar a sus hombres. Cuando un Líder con un
arma Motivadora intenta Reagruparse, se agrega 1 a su valor de Calidad.
