Except for Vietnam, the polls are Core Games, where there will be DLC content added to the core games over time. There is no time limit for the poll. You can pick two options. Granted 1939-1941 would included Germans, Polish, Russians, Finns, Rumanians, Hungarians and potentially Czechs.
