Scroll rate help.
Is there any way to slow down the scroll rate of the screen in SPWAW and SPH2H, i have been into options and lowered the setting in there but the map scroll rate is still far to fast for my liking. Can the speed be altered by editing any of the games files without breaking compatiblity with PBEM games?

I suppose i should be happy as i usually have probs running new games, now i have a game that my PC is too good at running. Eek

cheers

RE: Scroll rate help.
Just as a hint, you can also click on the small map in the lower left corner and it ( the program) will move the big map (aka tactical screen) to that location.
With some versions (W@W, I think) the flags don't show when you buy your forces, so you needs to click on the small map to get there on the big map and use your cursor to see what sort of flags they are and how much they are worth.

RE: Scroll rate help.
Thanks for the tip.....i keep forgetting to use the minimap, not used to having one in CM.

I see the scroll speed adjustment doesn't affect the deployment map, mine is still zipping about like a 10 year old on too much vitamin C. So the minimap will be the best thing for me when deploying units.

cheers
