Sorry to be a bother... but could someone give a brief synopsis on what this is all about. I do not have time to follow the message boards.

Does this mean that I can erase mistakes :) For example, played my part of a team game tonight. While plotting arty I forgot to remove my left index finger from the alt button.... needless to say we have smoke everywhere next turn and none left :) Someone's going to get lung cancer out of this one! Mike, we are sending over cancerous substances !

Seriously, would like to know what is happening in a compacted version
