I just installed Toaw III on my new laptop but I can't get any sound during game play I can set the sound effects to the on position but I get nothing and it will not let me set a background effects options.......any ideas?

Haven't heard of that one, Iwo; since it's a new laptop, I'll ask, do you have sound with your other applications? Because it'll have a mute, and also a sound control on the toolbar, that might be turned down?
Also, don't know if you did a full installation; if not, have you tried playing with the CD in the drive?
If no joy there, I'll go up on the Matrix site, and see if anyone has had sound problems.
Sound works fine with everything else......strange part is the game intro plays sound and video fine its just when I get to the game menu that sound quits....:conf:
