Next SB Tourney
OK, with Round 2 about to get underway soon, it's time to start thinking about the next SB tourney here on the Blitz. I have eliminated AIW since it is our current tourney and left off Long War and Africa at War due to only being able to use 10 slots for a poll.
Feel free to post a reply for either if you want either of these, I'll consider a reply a write-in vote. If you do this, you can't vote in the main poll, obviously...
The poll will be open for 30 days, vote for your favorite.

16 votes so far, very impressive. AoTR has a slim lead over Dien Bien Phu. The poll will be up for a month, so hopefully we'll get a nice response and I'll set forth making plans for the next tourney here.
Thanks for the response, gents.

With 21 votes in, DBP has taken a commanding lead with 9. AoTR is running second with 5.

RE: Next SB Tourney
Here's a thought that Ozgur brought up to me in a PM.
How about taking the two top games in the poll and having a second 'run-off' election? This way if the title you didn't vote for doesn't make the top 2, but you still want to participate, it gives everyone a chance to weigh in.
Thoughts?

Boy, Ozgur really hates losing ... even in polls!
Anyway, that sounds perfectly fine, since the goal is to select the most preferred title for the tourney and there is a chance that the vote was split among the older games as opposed to the newest one.

RE: Next SB Tourney
We are currently at 21 votes. In a week's time if that vote count doesn't increase by more than a couple of votes, I'll stop this voting and we'll move on to round 2 of the voting. The two top vote getters are pretty far removed from the rest of the pack, so unless a group of folks makes a big push on one of the other games, AoTR and DBP should fininsh 1-2.

I voted for WW, but am fine with any of them...I should be able to squeeze some SB play in there for this.

26 votes. This one is between AoTR and Dien Bien Phu. Look for the new poll for the final vote.
