They don't really exist. Depends a lot on the quality of the two players. Maybe you could play the same scenario twice at the same time with each player playing both sides.

You can also go to supply/scenarios/combat mission and look at the win-draw-loss results of each scenario. Pick one that has been played a lot and has equal wins/losses.

Maybe try a Blitz H2H scenario tested for balance by CM players from this ladder?

Or goto the main Combat Mission scenario list, whether it be CMBO, BB or AK and click on H2H column. Surest way to find "even" and balanced stuff.
