How to upload an Avatar to your profile!

I notice that many members still don't have an Avatar showing on their posts, if you would like to have an Avatar here is how to do it!

First click on Control Panel....



Then on My Options -> Change Avatar....



Then click on Avatars Gallery....



This opens the range of Gallery's in the top section of the box, if you click on a gallery the Avatars inside will be shown in the bottom half.



Select an Avatar and the code will be automatically entered and you just then need to click Update Avatar....



If you then go to view a post your Avatar should be visible!

If you wish to upload an Avatar from another location then click Browse select the file you wish to use and then click Update Avatar the maximum dimensions is 80x80 pixels and the max file size is 40kb.

I followed these directions and updated my avatar...yet I still can't seem to view mine or anyone else's for that matter? Weird...

Can you check this, go to Control Panel-> My Options-> Change Options-> and scroll down that page to see if the "Show Avatar" box is checked?

We had this issue with a member on the OpS ladder, i can see your avatar just fine.

Following the rule of Murphy...I managed to see it all right after I complained about not being able to do so!
