Eastbourne may be a large coastal town with a reasonable beach (full of pebbles) but its no port. Newhaven has a port and would be better for a higher value.

The beach is very nice at Eastbourne these days as there are a lot of foreign language schools in the town and their students have a very continental view of sunbathing :cheeky:
