Clicking 'Next Turn' when meaning to change travel mode. Still do... I never learn anything from my misstakes like normal people do - it's more of a challenge that way. :)

As has been mentioned in this thread, when you have a scenario open if you go to "settings" drop down menu halfway down is "ask before advancing", if you click this you will never finish a turn by mistake as an additional dialogue box opens to ask you if you are sure. ;)
