I'm also waiting on turns for our two games, and it's been 10 days. He told me a couple days ago on h2hhelper chat that he had been having connectivity issues, but we are still playing. Haven't gotten my turns since then though.

Normally when people blow me off, it's because I'm winning and they lose interest - but in this case, we literally JUST made contact in both of our games, and it was about to get interesting.

Months ago he challenged me to a game, I sent him the setup files and I never heard from him again, no response to PMs. Then a bit later I saw he looking for games on the board.
