ME Mine squad doesnt lay mines

Boisforas here yet again, this time in the ME scenario, "Hunting Adoo in the Radfan," the tribal forces have a mine squad unit which, when undispersed, 100% strength & unfatiqued, wont lay the minefield when I highlite the unit & go to the "lay a minefield" & left click. I get a message at the bottom of the screen saying "unit incapable of laying a minefield," although the unit viewer says it can. Clitch? Eric
