Strategic War Series
From the User Manual. Normally, the total strength of all units in a given hex cannot exceed the limit set by the Max Stacking parameter data value. This limit restricts the standard movement of units and also applies to attacking units in Combat.
In the Strategic War series, the stacking limit is 225. Each division is over 100. It's impossible for three divisions to attack an enemy division. They must each attack individually at low odds and receive high losses. This should be corrected with a limit on how many strength points can advance in to a hex if it is overrun. This game engine has a lot of potential. It would be great if the Strategic War Eastern Front would get finished. The American Civil War and World War 1 on a strategic level would be interesting.
