As an American serving here now, I wish to thank Great Britain for standing side by side us in this fight. Regardless of how people feel about the war or its conduct, I am proud to call England a true friend. I believe what we are doing is right, I may have issues on how we are going about it, but I am not in charge, I just execute the orders given, like any soldier does. God Bless Great Britain

As the son of a former serving RAF NCO (my dad 25 yrs), I am always sympathetic to anyone who has served their country, whatever their nationality.

And so, I keep my eyes open for such stories.

Who knows why these guys do what they do, but they will always have my respect for their actions.
