Just got Eagles Strike and Pacific War. Completely new to SB games and looking to do a small battle to get my feet wet and learn the game mechanics.

Welcome to the SB side of things! Feel free to ask any questions you might have about the system, the engine and the like. Reading through this forum may help as well with so many new guys posting questions lately.

Read the user's manual, it really can help clarify things, and take a look at some of the tactics articles over at Task Force Echo Four, especially Grunt School. A must for SB newbies and veterans alike.
