Used Movement Points

Does anyone know why when I select "Used Movement Points" to see who I've moved or used and who I have not, that some of the enemy units are also being highlighted?

At some point in your turn the enemy units that are highlighted have shot at you, using some of their movement points as the inactive player (if you see what I mean) in the process. Each unit can shoot at you up to three times.

Ahh Yes that is correct in that those enemy units highlighted have been shot at by me.
