F40, M44, S41, K42 art/scenario packs updated...

Hello everyone,

If you care about such things, I have updated a few art/scenario packs at vmods.com; specifically the ones belonging to the recent round of PzC updates.

France '40
Kharkov '42
Minsk '44
Smolensk '41

These take advantage of all the newest rules, and most importantly, they use version 3.2 of the unit database. For those that do not know, v3.2 is a collaboration of great minds that has been officially adopted (it was used in T43). It is essentially the old McNamara database with a few minor adjustments within and without which should provide an enjoyable experience. Most notably, the main difference is artillery hard attack value standardization and a toning down of tank and AT gun vs. hard target combat to give hard targets a little more staying power (reduced the get-ambushed-and-lose-all-your-tanks-in-one-turn effect), while at the same time ranged combat is a bit more effective than it has ever been. I believe it establishes a nice balance.

Anyway, TMI. Now I hope that there is a break in PzC title updates for a while so I can get some work done! ;)

Thanks for all of your hard efforts Ed (and Jison too). I think that these are "must have" mods for the PzC/MC series.:)
