Fire Report Dialog?

Has the Fire Report Dialog been removed from the latest versions of PzC and Modern Commands? If not, how do I access it?

In order to view the Fire Report Dialog you have to uncheck the On Map Results line from the Settings Menu. I just ran a quick test on Moscow '42 and was able to view the Fire Report by doing just that.

And one other thing for those that may wonder about watching your enemy turn. You will see results matching how your opponent played his turn, so if you the fire report dialog, it is because your opponent played his turn that way.

Ahhh. That explains a recent occurrence, seemingly out of the blue, and contrary to my on-map-results settings.
