picture viewer idea

I was wondering if it would be possible to get one of those $20 Wal-Mart photo viewer that display a series of photos in a picture frame and input the turns of a Art of War game so a person could view a battle as it goes. (Sorry about the awful sentence.)

Is such a thing possible? Would it be too time consuming to convert many screen shots into the proper format?

Just curious.
